Japanese . Comes with very scarce colorful original box marked George Borgfeldt Corporation New York. Box is complete but does have some creasing to one side panel and to top. Toy itself is a pre-war Donald Duck figure on a post-war base with a post-war carousel umbrella. The umbrella and base are probably not correct for this toy.
Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
