Ca. 1900. All wood with 4 rooms and 2 hallways with stairs which appear original but repainted; front completely open, sides are yellow with white applied trim and 4 windows on each; back is a plain board; mansard roof with dormer on front and widow’s walk on roof with 2 chimneys. House sits on casters. Parlor has a built in fireplace with chinoiserie wall paper; restored floorboards are stained mahogany. Room proportions with high ceilings at 13” allow for larger scale furniture. Some repaint and restoration was begun, but not completed. 36 1/1” wide, 47” high, 20” depth.
