Bisque shoulder head with flocked brown hair and painted mustache, cloth body with bisque lower arms and legs with black boots; fabulous original uniform with jacket having whistle, revolver, leather straps, badges, knee pants and boots, leather hat. (two leather straps are broken). World War I officer perhaps? Red ribbon winner!
Condition: (Very Good).
