German bisque socket head incised “K [star] R Simon & Halbig 122 28” by Kammer & Reinhardt with multistroked eyebrows, sleeping eyes, painted eyelashes, open mouth with tongue and 2 upper teeth, antique mohair wig; original composition toddler body (several craze lines, chip on thigh) with original finish; replaced dress (too large) and shoes. Cute smiling one!
