German bisque shoulder head incised “S 2 H” in front made by Simon & Halbig with multistroked eyebrows, inset brown glass eyes, painted upper and lower lashes, closed mouth, original short mohair wig (glued down tightly); original cloth body with bisque lower arms; original blue sailor suit and straw hat, shoes and stockings. Wonderful display piece!
