Weighted so-called “Sand Baby” with molded magnesit head (light cheek rubs) and open eyes, painted hair; stockinette body (finger wear and soil) with belly button and floppy legs. Kathe Kruse stamp on foot. Very nicely dressed. Weighted babies were often used as training aids. Feels just like a real baby!
