Hand-painted cart. Bisque headed doll figure in rear. Man in front has composition head. Original headlight. Figures have original clothing which is slightly soiled. Some wear on tires. Unusual flywheel mechanism. When stick is pulled back flywheel makes the bicycle cart go forward.
