"Lets Go Happy". Crank-activated. When crank is turned in back Happy Hooligan dances on top of cymbal. Beautiful lithography. Marked "Happy" on the hat and "Lets Go Happy" on the drum. Made by Kitty's Metal Toys Incorporated. Scarce toy. Moderate overall wear, especially on top of cymbal.

Condition: (VERY GOOD).
