German shoulder head with faint pink tint, covered wagon style hair with center part and all round sausage curls, tapered eyebrows, red eyelid line, blue painted eyes, rosy cheeks, closed mouth; antique cloth body with clunky leather lower arms; antique blue and white check dress, panties, and leather shoes. Great face on this one!
