Scarce & Unusual. Pre-war. Includes very colorful, original box marked "Made in Japan" and is also marked "Best Made Mechanical Tom Tom Hobby Horse". Has a nice paper label showing the toy. Box does have splitting to side aprons and minor staining. Bottom of box is missing one side flap. Very little wear to the toy. Includes two original bells in front. When wound, rocks back and forth. Slightly dirty. Could clean to a better grade.
Condition: (Excellent).
