One very unusual piece young girl stands in front of napkin holder. A large "handle" goes from back of base to top of girl's head. Unusually shaped, ball footed, base is marked Simpson Hall Miller & Co. No.96. Second, a costumed figure balances a two tiered pierced object in one hand; and a round pierced item in his other hand. This could be a toothpick holder. A mark on the base is difficult to read. May say "Meneses".
Condition: (Excellent).
