A ball-footed, raised, round base is beautifully decorated with flowers, leaves, and other Victorian designs. Resting atop the base is a pepper shaker, butter plate, and open salt. A tall handle goes from the base over the entire piece, culminating in a hook from which hangs the removable napkin holder that is decorated like the base. A large butterfly rests atop the handle. Marked 'Pairpoint Mfg. Co. No. 200'.
