Wind-up. Depicts Popeye dancing on roof while Olive Oyl plays an accordion. Olive Oyl is missing her wire hair bun, and has a mold flaw on the left side of her face. Popeye has original arms and pipe. Nice tin litho base with various characters lithographed. Some scratching, fading and wear.

Condition: (Very Good).
