Serial No. 157527. Engraved. Standard model with 4-1/2" barrel, five shot, .31 caliber. Action works fine, and a strong bore with some frosting. Front sight dovetailed in barrel, also a small rear sight added. Gun is basically gun metal grey and features fine period engraving, but no "E" in serial number. Original grips do not fit well (shrunk). All matching except for un-numbered wedge. Manufactured in 1859.
