Serial No. 71569. Manufactured 1863 – 1875. Percussion .44 six shot round cylinder, 8” octagon barrel, walnut grips, blued finish. We believe this revolver to be factory engraved and was converted to a .22 rimfire by means of the barrel sleeves and cylinder sleeves, at which time the cylinder was re-blued. The finish on the gun, except cylinder, appears all original. Sports ivory grips. Excellent action. Mint bore. Interesting and lovely gun.
