Serial No. 494. Similar to the type of palm pistols made in France during the latter part of the 20th century by Gaulois. There are no markings anywhere as to make or country of origin. The blued barrel is stamped with a large 52. It is operated by pulling back on the ring. It bore gauges at .25 caliber but is probably an odd European round. Internal magazine. There is a similar pistol in the National Firearms Museum. Gun is in stellar condition with almost all of the factory nickel and blue finish intact. No exact year of manufacturing, so must be considered modern but C&R eligible.CORRECTION: Tribuzio- Mfg 1890's pre 1898. Mfg Turin Italy. Possibly 8 mm. Fairly scarce pistol to find in states. Similar to the Galois. Top load. No clip used.
RARE & UNUSUAL PALM PISTOL.
