Unmarked shoulder head with very fancv molded plate with blue and white shirt and collar with gold trim, blonde hair with lovely facial detail, wooden cigarette in a hole in his mouth, sturdy cloth body with bisque lower arms and china lower legs; new dressed in blue suit. Very interesting item!
