Serial No. 47202. This is the model 1878 double action revolver blued finish, 6" barrel, chambered for the .45 long Colt cartridge. It is often referred to as the Philippine or Alaskan model. It is a U.S. martial revolver and has the "R.A.C" imspector marks (Renaldo Carr), inspector marks on barrel, frame, trigger guard, and cylinder. All matching numbers. Has 80% original factory blue starting to plum. With most wear on ejector rod housing and grip straps which are turning patina. Still has fire blue on trigger. Mint action. Mint bore. Mint Colt hard rubber grips. Plugged lanyard ring. Comes with an "S.D. Mayers" floral tooled holster.
