Depicts Popeye dancing, and Olive Oyl playing the accordian. Popeye has his original arms and pipe. Looks to be original coil wire bun on the back of Olive Oyls head. Some scratching and litho loss on the base, and some scratching on the Popeye figure, especially under his arms.

Condition: (Very Good).
