Serial No. 23141. This rifle, manufactured in 1888, features a 26" round barrel, full magazine, rifle butt, and is chambered for the .40-65 Winchester cartridges. This rifle is all original having never been cleaned in any way. All of the metal is basically a grey gun metal patina. Excellent wood that has been never sanded, has original varnish, and is proud to the metal. It is fully operational and has a fine, strong bore.
