Serial No. 11768. This rifle, manufactured in 1896, features a standard 24" octagon barrel, full magazine, and rifle butt plate. It is chambered in the .38-40 Winchester round. The entire gun is untouched original condition. All metal surfaces are basically a soft, pleasing gun metal grey, never cleaned. Wood is excellent with no cracks or major chips, never refinished, and proud to metal. Nice, clean, strong bore. Fully operational.
