Serial No. 232298. This gun was shipped to San Francisco on August 10, 1902 as a blued 4 -3/4” 32-20 revolver. It left the factory as 4-3/4" blued .32-20, it was subsequently converted to a .41 Colt, fully engraved and nickel plated and now sports a wonderful set of pearl grips. It is handsome full coverage engraving and the original factory stamps are still present. Hammer is the later style and sports the four full Colt clicks with tight as new lock up. Barrel sports a superb bore. Current condition displays all of the nickel plating with no wear. A show piece of a 1st generation prewar. Modern but C&R eligible.
