Custom rifle features a Heinel style falling block action. Barrel is 30” full octagon. Bore end measures to a .54 caliber but receiver takes a .22 shell (have no idea why a 22 opens up on end to a 54 size hole). I can find no maker stamps on either barrel or frame, both of which retain at least 98& of the blue finish. The stocks feature a wonderful hand rubbed oil finish, rakish one piece stock with carved cheek piece for right handed shooter, wonderful checkering with some carvings on flats. Fancy trigger guard. Large disc aperture rear tang sight and low profile ramp front sight. Double set triggers. Sling swivel on barrel and stock. Fine condition, high quality , single shot custom rifle.
