Barrel is stamped "Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania", part of the barrel stampings are under the 9" rear target sight. It has a 36" heavy octagon barrel, .48 caliber percussion. Lock is stamped "G. Goulcher". Double set triggers. Excellent stock with primitive palm rest attached. Brown furniture, rear sight slot is empty. Patch box on right. Strong rifled bore.
