Few scratches on litho throughout toy, otherwise toy is covered with beautiful and colorful litho colors. Tin policeman riding on a motorcycle includes tin arms holding motorcycle steering mechanism. This toy also comes with a siren attached to the side of the motorcycle and also includes high beams. CORRECTION: The windshield is missing.
