Cast iron and white metal painted crank toy. Has cast iron base, and a metal platform where the person is going up and down and back and forth with moving arms and legs. Small turning mechanism on bottom which turned and makes the platform go up and down and person go back and forth. Person is made of white metal, painted black color primarily with some small yellow throughout. Toy has significant paint loss and chips throughout.
