Toy has some scratches and litho loss. Remaining litho colors are still bright and attractive. The side tin wall has beautiful colorful graphics of people enjoying the carnival, eating food and playing games. Carnival itself includes a tin base and has tin merry - go - round, tin airplane ride and a tin ferris wheel. Very attractive.
