Serial No. 0822. This early Parker was manufactured from 1875 to 1880, and was often referred to as the lifter model as it has a release forward of the trigger guard. It features exposed hammers, 30" barrels, dual triggers with a 14-1/4" length of pull to front trigger, 12 gauge, with laminated carbine steel that is not nitro-proofed, back action hammer gun. The entire gun has been lovingly restored retaining virtually all of the new finish on the barrels (markings somewhat light). The wood has been refinished and recheckered. The frame and locks are a smooth gun metal grey with light engraving. Bored is very good with some light pitting, faces tight as new. Perfect working order. Lovely old Parker double.
