Serial No. 3399. Offered is a standard military issue Luger produced at the Erfurt factory in 1917. It is standard issue pistol with 4" barrel, 9mm, blued finish, checkered walnut grips, and wood bottom magazine. All visible numbers match (magazine not numbered). Gun is in excellent condition retaining approximately 95-97% original factory blue, which has thinned on the high edges on the end of barrel and high edge of left side plate. Even the trigger guard and grip strap retains virtually all of the original blue finish. Beautiful straw colors. Excellent grips. Strong frosted bore. Perfect action. Comes in an original A. Schwalbe Berlin 1916 dated holster with magazine tool and extra plastic bottom magazine.
