Manufactured at Toyo Kogyo (Hiroshima). This rifle has been altered to caliber .30-06. It is stamped on the barrel and side of frame. Has the fixed peep sight, square bolt knob, two-piece stock, and 25-1/2" barrel. There is a wooden hang tag in Japanese attached. Metal is a grey-brown patina. Wood is very good. Bore and action are excellent. Unusual conversion.
