Henri Farre, of the French Bombardier Air Corps during WWI, oversaw the "Sky Fighters of France" exhibit in Washington, DC circa 1919. Inscribed: LIEUT. HENRI FARRE on front, C. Bracken in back. Impressionist-style modeling in green patina.
