These flags have been used since 1848 to identify American Pleasure Craft in US waters. Flag is all original featuring a Navy anchor surrounded by 13 stars. It is poorly mounted in a frame. Flag shows much wear with frayed edges, holes and tears. Could greatly benefit from expert conservation.
