Serial No. 100632. Rifle was manufactured 1901 and features the rare and desirable case colored receiver. it is in overall very fine original condition retaining approximately 15% case colors on receiver in protected areas. The 24" full octagon barrel retains approximately 95% original factory blue thinning at high spots. Deep factory stamps. Magazine tube retains most of the blue starting to plum. Excellent stocks proud to metal and never refinished with a few minor bumps. Perfect action. Very good bore with some strong rifling. Very scarce early rifle with case colored receiver.
