Serial No. H81637. These beautifully designed rifles were considered rakish when introduced by Roy Weatherby in the 1950s. They have now become classic symbols of what a truly fine bolt action rifle should look like. This is a later model manufactured in Japan that features a 26” barrel sans sights with the finely checkered walnut stock and the contrasting rosewood pistol grip and fore end tip. Sports a Weatherby rubber recoil pad and is mounted with a 3x9 Redfield wide field scope. Original factory blue remains in near mint condition. Stock is excellent with a couple usual dings. Optics are perfect. Beautiful bore and action.
