Serial No. 1420. Very early shotgun manufactured in the 3rd of production in 1933. Includes all the early features rarely seen today including the flat metal fore end tip and a matted ribbed two-bead barrel. Barrels measure 30”. 12 gauge single trigger, mirror bores and tight as new lock up. Barrels are marked single star (full choke) and star minus (improved modified). Wood is excellent checkered dark walnut having never been refinished. An old Redhead rubber butt plate has been added. Barrels retain 95% of the original factory blue with some high edge wear, as does the receiver. Shotgun is equipped with a Miller trigger and has a 13-3/4” length of pull to pad. Never seen on today’s market.
