This type of weapon became popular at the turn of the century, we can find no makers marks but it is finely manufactured. Features a screw off barrel for loading and a push button trigger. While we do not know the exact cartridge, it appears to be chambered for .38 caliber. The barrel of the cane gun has a 4” crack in the outer lining, the metal tip exhibits surface rust, the handle is made of wood and is in excellent condition. We cannot attest to its operation, it is being offered as an early curial. An early self-defense weapon.
