Serial No. 339337B. Manufactured in 1890. Rifle is a standard Winchester lever action model 1873 in the most popular .44-40. Features a 24" full octagon barrel, full magazine, rifle buttplate. The entire gun has been restored with a high quality restoration. Retains all of the brilliant color case hardening on receiver, lever, hammer, buttplate, and nose cap. 100% blue finish, on barrel, tube and magazine retainer. High polish blue on dust cover. Sporting rear and front sights. Beautiful grain walnut stock in mint condition. Fire blued loading gate. Tight as new action. Mirror bore. Looks like you just walked into a hardware store in 1890. Strong factory stamps throughout.
