US Marshall Ben Williams. Ben Williams name is engraved on the left side of the frame. The right side is engraved "From the Boys Lascruses". It is a standard revolver with a 3" shotgun barrel, factory finish, double action in the 38 cal center fire. Gun is not working. Nickel finish remains approx. 50%, grips are excellent. Comes in a custom display case with 1944 dated pawn ticket. There is a Pat Garrett signed 2x3 business card in the display. Interesting historical revolver, in that Marshall Ben Williams served under Pat Garrett, the man most noted for his killing of Billy the Kid. Interesting piece of wild west history, in beautiful museum quality display.
