Comes in very rare, colorful original box. Does have some creasing. Depicts space man walking on foreign planet on top, has original price sticker on top left corner of box marked "Y" for Yonesowa, also has cardboard inserts for neck and head. Spaceman has very unusual crank mechanism in rear. Plastic shield is clean; not cracked or scratched. Some minor scratching and play wear.
Condition: (Excellent - Near Mint).
