Manufactured 1862 to 1865. This is a standard as manufactured in Yonkers, New York; .54 caliber, breach-loader, single shot, 21" round barrel, brass barrel band and buttplate, blued iron parts, case colored lock and frame, and walnut stocks with saddle ring on left. Factory markings are strong. Barrel is a deep dark brown patina. Case colors have darkened. Nipple is broken. Block has some dings. Ring is bent. Screws are boogered. Some chipping of toe at plate. Strong bore. Perfect action.
