One of the earliest Lehmann toys made. Marked "Made in Germany" on bottom of balloon. Scarce early variation holding English flag instead of Lehmann flag. Late 19th, early 20th century. Original man in balloon and flag. Operated by sting mechanism. Some spots of wear and litho loss to top of balloon.

Condition: (Very Good).
