Serial No. 15520. Standard and very popular Civil War carbine. .54 caliber percussion breach-loader. This is a clean example. All the metal is a smooth clean, soft patina. Wood is excellent with a perfect cartouche on the left side. Most of the screws retains their fire blue finish. Strong, clean, shiny bore. Perfect action.
