Case XX U.S.A 5 - 1/2" No. 5172 one-blade "Bulldog" handled in genuine stag. Both scales are perfect. Blade has been sharpened but is still solid with full snap in both open and close direction. This is a true transitional with transition stamp and pattern number on same side of blade. Walnut block and factory sleeve included. Circa 1965, a Texas Lock Horn Case XX 4 - 1/2" double end twin lock slip point. Yellow wood grain handle material. Original box, onionskin, leather pouch and papers all included. Circa 1980, and a Case XX USA 5 - 1/4 Pat. Pend. one-blade "Side Winder" handles are hard wood. Knife is equipped with an unusual lock where the Case shield must be depressed to close the blade once opened. Original factory box, pouch and papers are included. Circa 1982.
