Made in Japan by Diaya. Working. Has box. Ears have melted somewhat to the plastic. That is fairly common for this toy. Has paper loss where tape has been removed. Tears to the side panel. Also some writing in pen to the side of the box. Toy (Excellent - Near Mint). Box (Very Good - Excellent).
