Standard rifle was manufactured in 1894 and is chambered for the .22 short cartridge. Standard features include a 24" octagon barrel, 2/3 magazine, sporting sights, straight grip walnut sight, rifle butt, and blued finish. Metal surfaces are basically blue-brown patina. Stock is original, has never been refinished, and has no cracks or chips. Perfect working order. Very good bore. Decent example of a very early Mode 1890 rifle.
