This is a paper on wood toy marked No. 703. This was made in 1936 only. Depicts Pop Eye at ship wheel with Sweet Pea sitting on his lap. Marked 1929 Ping features syndicate, inc. Some tarnishing on original bell, and some slight creasing to paper litho and one small piece of wood chipped out of back of boat.
Condition: (Very Good).
