This is a standard military issued model 1981 rifle chambered for the 7.62mm cartridge. This rifle is dated 1922 and was manufactured in Russia, it was made at the Tule Arsenal. The receiver stamp was only used from 1920 – 23. It has a mismatched bolt number. Gun retains approximately 60% of original factory finish, starting to thin and patina. The magazine number matches, wood stocks are excellent, comes with an original sling, fine action, good bore.CORRECTION: Lot should read 1891 not model 1981.
