Offered is a scarce Navy Model manufactured from the 1870s to 1880s. This revolver is chambered for the .38 rimfire cartridge. It has a factory nickel finish, smooth walnut grips, 6-1/2" round barrel, six-shot fluted cylinder, single action. This rare revolver remains in beautiful condition. Barrel retains approximately 98% factory nickel finish. Left side of frame retains 90%, 80% on right with some light freckling and brown patina on forward area. Cylinder retains approximately 90% nickel with high edge wear. Grips are excellent with 90% original varnish. Perfect action. Strong bore. End of cylinder does not look like this gun has ever been fired.
