This sword does not bear any maker mark but is very similar in pattern to the 1797 Starr made swords. It features a bone handle with wire wrap missing. Brass handguard in Starr style. Fire blued and gold etched US patriotic theme . 30” curved blade that shows no signs of having been sharpened and no nicking. Brass has never been cleaned. Leather scabbard missing tip and split at seam.
