Standard rifle was manufactured in 1908 and chambered for the classis .30-30 Winchester cartridge. It is a standard rifle in all respects. Features a 26" round barrel, full magazine, walnut stock, crescent butt, and blued finish. This rifle has survived the years in amazing all original untouched condition. The barrel and tube retain fully 99% of the original factory finish. Frame retains at least 95% of the original high polish factory blue finish with just some basic high edge wear. The stocks are proud to metal having never been refinished, with no cracks or chips of any kind. Traces of case colors on lever and hammer. Strong rifled bore. Perfect screws. Just a lovely example of an all original classic rifle.
